You can unlock Tryndamere on Stage 1 if you itemize Ashe during PvE. Artifact almost always replaces the Bloodthirster. If you are playing Two Much Value, unlock Bard on 2-3 with free rerolls. If you are too far behind hitting Ashe, you can abandon and focus on Tryndamere + Kindred.
