Itemize and power-up Gangplank. Make sure you have a tank / frontline like Mech to tank for him. Can also play around Kai'Sa 2 if you hit early.
Stage 3
Roll on level 6 for upgrades to stabilize and win Stage 3. 4 Duelist + Mech is the usual comp, but be flexible. Econ back up to 50g.
Stage 4
Finish your 3* then level for 6 Duelist + frontline. If you miss Mech, you can play for Juggernaut (Sett) or Heavyweights.
